JAUME HOM BRIAR WOOD is a company that produces briar blocks (plateaux and ebauchons)
that are the row material to make smoking pipes. It was founded by Martí Hom Padrosa in 1920 in Susqueda (northeast Spain). In 1960 his son Jaume Hom took over the management of the company and moved to the neighbouring town of Sarrià de Ter. Over the years the company has supplied briar wood to pipemakers all over the world. The experience acquired during this time and the quality of the briar that grows in our forests allows us to offer our customers the best row material for their pipes.
